Qualifications and background
I am a BACP accredited practitioner with 7 years training in individual and group counselling and psychotherapy, which I undertook at the Gestalt Centre in London.
I have 15 years experience in private practice. During this time I have worked with people of diverse backgrounds, cultures, ages and sexual orientations, who have brought a broad range of issues. I also work with counselling trainees and have a supervision practice.
My own journey includes a background in music, teaching, management, community relations and IT and these experiences all enrich and inform my work.
I am married, happy to be in my late 50s and draw support from a spiritual practice based in Buddhism and Mindfulness practice.
